The Poppleton Centre is managed by Poppleton Community Trust, a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, registered charity no. 1201611. The CIO was formerly registered on 17 January 2023 having been previously known by the same name as an unincorporated charity no. 523984 registered on 11 March 1964.

An archive of the AGM minutes of the original charity can be found below. Since becoming a CIO the Trustees are not required to hold an AGM. However an Annual Village Meeting is held each June and everyone is invited to attend:
